Code Change Instructions
If you wish to change the code on your Lock but you no longer have the instructions we can supply, normally by email a replacement set.
If you purchased you lock from us please email or fax proof of purchase (i.e. Invoice No, PayPal or Google Ref.) and we will email or fax you over a PDF.
If you did not purchase your lock from us unfortunately given the high volume of requests we get for such, we make a small administrative charge of £2.00 to send you the code change instructions by email.

Please Note: The Instructions are normally only emailed out during normal office hours. While we aim to email them as soon as we receive payment please allow up to the end of the following working day for us to send them.
Lost Codes
If you have a Lock but don't know what code your Lock is set to it is possible to work out what the code is. You need to be fairly mechanically minded as you will need to strip it down to access the Code Chamber.
If you want to send the lock to us we can do it for you for just £7.50 + Vat and Return Postage.
