Repairs

We offer a straightforward Fix Price Fee for Inspection and Repair of the main Simplex Unican Lock Range.

Send us your Lock and we will carry out a full inspection; we will then email you a report detailing which spares your lock requires.

We charge either £15.00 or £10.00 plus Vat depending on the lock for the inspection service and to carry out the repair. The Spares will be charged as per the prices listed on this site for supply only.

The only other fee payable is return P & P which is charged at cost.

If you have a Lock but don't know what code your Lock is set to it is possible to work out what the code is. You need to be fairly mechanically minded as you will need to strip it down to access the Code Chamber.

If you want to send the lock to us we can do it for you for just £10.00 + Vat and Return Postage.
