Returns

If you decide that you no longer require the lock then you may return it within 14 Days as per the following.

Please telephone to advise that you are returning the Lock and ensure that you do so within 14 Days.

The Lock must be returned in perfect condition and not be missing any parts, including the instructions which must be as new.

On receipt of the lock as above we will refund your money less a 20% restocking charge. If you have ordered the wrong lock and order a replacement we will charge a 10% restocking fee.

If the item you have purchased has been supplied as a "special" then we will not accept the lock back, you will be advised if your lock is such before it is dispatched and you will have the right to cancel without liability at this time.
